Associate Professor Ben Harrison is appointed as Associate Professor and Deputy Scientific Director of Melbourne Neuropsychiatry Centre, The University of Melbourne. He completed his PhD and post-doctoral training in psychology and neuroscience with specialisation in human neuroimaging research. He is interested in how the brain supports emotion, affect and other self-related processes with particular relevance to understanding mood and anxiety disorders. He has published 120 research articles on these and related topics over the past decade.
