Ben Bartfeld

Ben Bartfeld, Human Factors and Industrial Design, Consultant. Ben is an Industrial Designer who incorporates a user-centered, multi-disciplinary design approach to the invention and innovation of drug-device combination products and digital health. He focuses on reducing user risk while improving device effectiveness. Ben began his career as an auto shop owner and later as an aircraft technician in US Air Force. Later he obtained degrees in Industrial Design and Design Management. His multi-disciplinary background informs a systems thinking approach to solving complex problems and inventing creative solutions. Ben holds utility and design patents for specimen collection and drug injection devices, tissue stabilization systems, blood separation devices and auto injectors
