Beatriz Crespo Ruiz, Ph.D. is a Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Freedom and Flow. Now, She is focused on helping companies on the challenge to lead corporate health and well-being using big data. She works in highly competitive international environments, and is very business-oriented, with a very good capacity for adaptation. She feels very good managing uncertainty and change. In 2014, She founded Freedom & Flow, the company and team that created Healthy Box, the first global platform to manage corporate health & well-being with big data and artificial intelligence.

In 2020, She co-founded Healthy Pills Institute: The virtual training center for people with specific pathologies and needs. It has more than 7,200 daily users. She is a speaker at Universities, Business Schools, and Companies. She is a member of the Artificial Intelligence Focus Group of the European Commission and a member of the European Lifestyle Medicine Organization.
