Beatrice Radu PhD

Dr. Beatrice Mihaela Radu is a University Professor at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Biology. He holds a Doctorate in Biology from 2005 at the University of Bucharest and a Doctorate in Neurosciences, Psychological, and Psychiatric Sciences from 2017 at the University of Verona. In 2019, he obtained his qualification in Biology and joined the Doctoral School of Biology. He is an evaluator of national projects and a member of the CDI Committee 1 Bioeconomy and Life Sciences. Dr Radu is a biophysicist with research experience in the field of neurosciences who has worked in national/international teams, being passionate about the study of the blood-brain barrier in physiological and pathological conditions. He also has the management expertise of Uefiscdi research projects (PNII, PCCA, PCE), structural funds (POC, POIM), or ROSE. She is involved in the continuous training program for academic staff Peer Learning, Univ. Bucharest. Dr. Radu is concerned with the promotion and communication of science, participating in the Night of Researchers, SciFest, Astrofest, etc. events. and being invited to radio shows.
