Barry Nicholls MBchB, FRCA, FFPMRCA, EDRA

Barry is trained in anaesthesia and pain medicine in the UK, Australia and USA. His speciality interests are acute pain, chronic pain (long-lasting pain) and regional anaesthesia (anaesthesia of a large part of the body). He was also previously president of Royal College of Anaesthetists and board member of the Association of Anaesthetists of Great Britain and Ireland. He is currently general secretary for the European Society of Regional Anaesthesia (ESRA).
