Baris Ata MD

Prof. Dr. Baris Ata graduated from Kadikoy Anadolu High School in 1992 and from the Istanbul (Capa) Faculty of Medicine in 1998. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2003 at Bezm-i Alem Training Hospital. In 2006, he obtained his certification in Assisted Reproductive Technology at the American Hospital and pursued a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at McGill University, Montreal, Canada, from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, he earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Research from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.

Upon returning to Turkey in 2011, Baris served as the Director of the Uludag University IVF Center for three years. Since July 2014, he has been a faculty member at Koc University School of Medicine. Recognized for his patient care and academic contributions, Dr. Baris Ata has received awards from various institutions. He continues to hold leadership positions in international associations and serves as an editor for international journals in his field.
