Barbara J. Vanaskie MSW, LCSW

Barbara Vanaskie is the Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Coordinator at West Branch Drug and Alcohol Abuse Commission (The Commission). Barbara is the PA MAT-PDOA grant manager for The Commission and provides case management to clients on MAT Court. Barbara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduated from Maywood University in 2012 and begun working with dually diagnosed patients in a FQHC managing a medication assisted treatment program. While there Barbara gained more interest in working with patients struggling with addiction and believes that all people deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and have all resources available to them all the time.
