Babulal Sethia BSc, MBBs, FRCS, FRCP

Mr Babulal Sethia is a Consultant Congenital Heart Surgeon at the Royal Brompton Hospital. Following postgraduate training in Glasgow and London he became a Consultant in Birmingham in 1986 and then moved to London in 1999.

Throughout his career he has maintained a commitment to the development of healthcare initiatives in low and middle income countries and, since 1992, has participated in the delivery of surgical missions in a number of countries in Africa, Asia and South America. He has worked in Palestine for over 16 years, helping to establish cardiac services for children in Gaza and the West Bank as part of a multi-national alliance.
