Aysha Ali Al Mahri BSN

Ms Aysha has her Masters Degree in strategic human resource management. Working with the Ministry of Health for 12 consecutive years, started her career in 1997 till 2009 when she was promoted as Director of Nursing. In 2010 joined HAAD (Health Authority of Abu Dhabi – Regulation Department – Health professional licensing division as Senior Licensing Officer for nursing profession as well as HAAD Examiner for Nurses. Her core competencies include strategic planning, HR Management and Development, Implementing and Managing Quality Systems. She has actively involved in many activities for the Ministry of Health, ICN (International Council of Nursing), WHO & HAAD. In 2012 elected as Vice president of the boards of Emirates Nursing Association (ENA), on top her current responsibilities, she is BLS (Basic Life Support Instructor), Member in scientific committee of regulation, registration and licensing of UAE Nursing and Midwifery Council.
