Prof. Dr. Aynur Uğur Bilgin was born in 1971 and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1995. He completed his specialization in Internal Medicine at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine in 1999. He also received his Hematology subspecialty training at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine in 2003.
Prof. Dr. Aynur Uğur Bilgin worked as a research assistant at Başkent University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine, between 1995 and 1999. Later, he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Hematology at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine between 2000 and 2003. He also served as an Assistant Investigator/Clinical Observer at the University of Minnesota Stem Cell Institute and Bone Marrow Transplantation Unit between January and July 2004.

Since 2015, Prof. Dr. Aynur Uğur Bilgin has worked as a Professor (Hematology) of the Hematology Department/Stem Cell Transplantation Unit at ANKARA Private Koru Hospital.
