Dr. Ayman Antoun Reyad graduated with an honors degree in Pharmacy in 1997 and went on to undertake a PhD studying the effect of initiation factors on protein synthesis at Uppsala University, Sweden. After completing his PhD in 2005, He joined the School of Cancer Sciences, University of Birmingham as a Research Fellow with particular interest in the effect of immunological factors such as NKG2D ligands on the clinical outcome of Stem cell transplants. Dr Antoun worked as a clinical Pharmacist at Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Trust. Dr Antoun came to the University of Wolverhampton in 2016 to take up the post of Senior Lecturer in Pharmacology. Dr Antoun has received a PG certificate in Psychiatric Therapeutics and a PG certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. Dr Antoun is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
