Atchima Suwanchinda MD

Dr. Atchima Suwanchinda is a dermatologist and dermatologic surgeon. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Dermatology including laser and dermatologic surgery training at the Boston University Medical School in Boston, MA, USA. She also attained her fellowship in laser and dermatologic surgery at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University, Thailand. Since 1996, Dr. Suwanchinda is an instructor in Mohs surgery, laser, dermatologic surgery at Laser and Cosmetic Surgery unit and the International Training Center in Laser Surgery at Ramathibodi University Hospital, Mahidol University.
She is also an instructor in Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery at School of Antiaging and Regenerative Medicine, Mae Fah Laung University. She has dedicated herself in teaching in dermatologic and cosmetic surgery worldwide. She receives an ITMP Outstanding Contribution Award, The ASDS International Dermatologic Surgery Educational Mentorship Exchange Program (ITMP), USA as the recognition of her significant contributions to the ITMP and leadership, teaching, enthusiasm, and commitment to the international educational exchange in dermatologic surgery

Currently she is on the Board of Directors of non-profit academic international societies: The Dermatologic & Aesthetic Surgery International League (DASIL) and International Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ISDS) and Thai Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Surgery (Thaicosderm) including an International Advisory Council of the Skin Cancer Foundation. In addition, she is a Founding Member of Fournier & Field Liposculpture Group and Thai Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

She is an associate Editor of Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology (JCD), Editorial Board of the Journal of Cutaneous and Aesthetic Surgery, Editorial Board of the Aesthetics in Dermatology and Surgery - Journal of the 5CC and Scientific Advisory Board for THE Aesthetic Guide and THE Aesthetic Channel. She is also a key opinion leader and advisory board of many laser and EBD technology, toxins and fillers including cosmeceuticals for Asian skin.
