Ashwin Mehta MD

Ashwin Mehta, MD, is an assistant professor of clinical medicine at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine and founding medical director of integrative medicine at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. Board certified in internal medicine and sleep, Dr. Mehta trained as a fellow in the prestigious Program of Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, and his expertise includes sleep medicine, nutrition, exercise, yoga, and mindfulness. Dr. Mehta has developed an innovative client-centered approach to health and, with his team, has established the Integrative Wellness Series, offering patients and their families cutting-edge group wellness programs.
