Dr. Ashok Kumar Das is a Consultant Physician and Endocrinologist, at the Pondicherry Institute of Medical Science (PIMS). He was a former Senior Professor of Medicine and Endocrinology, Head of the Department of Endocrinology, and Dean and Medical Superintendent of Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Puducherry. He has completed his MBBS, MD (Medicine), Ph.D., DNB, FAMS, FICP, and FRCP. Dr. Das has taught medical undergraduates and postgraduates in Medicine and Diabetology for more than 33 years.
