Mr Soni graduated in 2003 with honors. He started his surgical training in London, following which he moved to Leeds for higher surgical training with a National training number. After passing FRCS, he spent a year at the best centers of Yorkshire acquiring skills in Knee Arthroscopy & Arthroplasty.
He was appointed to a prestigious one year “Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship” at the world-renowned University of Pittsburgh Center for Sports Medicine. He learnt to provide highest quality care for professional as well as amateur sportsmen and mastered the advanced arthroscopy skills of Knee, Hip & Shoulder under the guidance of Dr Freddie Fu, Dr Christopher Harner and Dr James Bradley. He is the first British Orthopedic Surgeon to complete this prestigious Fellowship.
He has served as team physician for many college and professional teams, including the Pittsburgh Steelers (NFL), Pittsburgh Penguins (NHL), and Pittsburgh Ballet.
