Asha Moorthy

Dr. Asha Moorthy is one among the Senior Consultant in cardiology at the Cardiac Care Centre, Sri Ramachandra University. Her deep interest in invasive and non invasive cardiology namely cardiac ultrasound is well known. She is a member of many National & International organizations and has more than “30 years of teaching experience in cardiology”. She was in team of First Cardiac Transplantation.

She is also DM & DNB Examiner. Achieved Lifetime Achievement Award from president of India SRI ABDUL J. KALAM / PRATHIBA PATIL 2008. WCCPGC EXCELLENCE AWARD from Govt of Delhi by GOVERNOR OF DELHI & Chief Minister of Delhi SRIMATI .SHIELA DIXIT. 2009 & 2010 International heart protection summit Excellence in cardiology in the world by SRI GHULAM NABI AZAD 2011 Health minister of India. Award of Excellence in Cardiology in the World – From Governor of Tripura – WCCPCI 2012. Lifetime Achievement Award from TN MGR University – 2012.
