Arvind Gupta MBBS, MD, FICP, FACE

Dr. Arvind Gupta is a Director and Consultant Physician at Jaipur Diabetes Research Centre in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Recipient of various prestigious awards, Dr. Gupta is also attached to Fortis Hospital, Jaipur and Dr. B Lal Institute of Biotechnology as a member advisor for Clinical Research. He has undergone special training in diabetes from All India Institute of Diabetes, Mumbai in 1986. Dr. Gupta started his career as a Consultant Medicine with Government of Rajasthan. He further spent two years in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a Consultant Internal Medicine.

He has chaired various coveted positions such as Organising Secretary of RSSDI- 2003 in Jaipur, Chairman of Scientific Committee of Diabetic Foot Society of India (DFSICON 2013) held in Jaipur, and an editorial board member of Journal of Indian Clinical Updates in Diabetes (ICUD) and Journal of Association of Physicians of India (JAPI). He is a regional faculty to Public Health Foundation of India for its National Certificate course for Diabetes. Dr. Gupta regularly attends national and international conferences such as ADA- San Diego, IDF- Paris, EASD-Amsterdam, IDF-Montreal and AACE-Phoenix where his paper presentation skills helped him to win positive reviews from his peers.
