Arul Immanuel MBBS, MS, MD, FRCS

Mr Immanuel was appointed as a Consultant in general and upper gastrointstinal surgery at the Northern Oesophago-Gastric Unit in 2011. This was following a two year fellowship at the upper gastrointestinal and hepato-pancreatic and billiary unit at the Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide, Australia.
He specializes in advanced laparoscopic and surgical management for benign oesophago-gastric conditions and has recently initiated a minimally invasive approach to cancer of the oesophagus and stomach. Mr Immanuel also specialises in therapeutic endoscopy and ERCP an endoscopic resectional approach to early gastric and oesophageal tumors.
