Arnaud Sergent MBA

Arnaud Sergent is a Partner at L.E.K. Consulting and heads the Paris office. With more than 25 years of consulting experience, Arnaud has deep expertise in corporate and business unit strategy development, with a particular focus on healthcare services, life sciences and medical devices. Arnaud has advised a wide range of clients within the pharma services (CMO, CDMO and CRO) and the healthcare services including Hospitals (MSO), elderly care (nursing homes, assisted leaving and social care), home care for chronic diseases and outpatient services (rehabilitation centres and dialysis centres). He also helps private equity funds looking for opportunities in the industry. Before joining L.E.K. in 1989, Arnaud worked for two years in London financial markets for a French bank. Arnaud is a graduate from HEC and received a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
