Arnaud Sauer MD, PhD, FEBO

Dr. Arnaud Sauer is a Professor of Ophthalmology at Strasbourg University Hospital, France. Professor Sauer specializes in surgical and medical ophthalmopediatrics, as well as strabismus care, and is the author of over 80 publications indexed on Pubmed in the fields of pediatric ophthalmology, immune regulation of eye infections, functional improvements (reading abilities, driving skills) induced by strabismus surgery, digital eye strain, development of automated ametropia screening systems.

Professor Sauer is Vice Dean (Environment and Sustainable Development) at Strasbourg Medical School, Head of East of France Orthoptic Training Department, and member of the Strasbourg-Eurométropole Scientific Council.
