Arnaud Picard is a Head of the Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery Department, at Necker Children’s Hospital, Paris, Ile-de-France, France. Dr. Picard is also responsible for the National Reference Center for the treatment of clefts and facial malformations and coordinates the national network. Its clinical activity is focused on facial malformations, vascular pathologies, and tumors. He leads a multidisciplinary team taking charge of more than 200 new cases of clefts per year. He is a member of the national tete cou network and a member of ERN cranio. Dr. Picard has authored more than 150 articles and numerous lectures.
