Armin Scheuer

Armin Scheuer is the Vice President and Executive Director of EMEA for HIMSS. In that role, he founded the DigitalRadar research consortium and acts as the consortium's speaker. DigitalRadar has been evaluating the digital maturity of Germany’s hospital sector for the Federal Ministry of Health. With over 20 years of experience in the field of healthcare information and technology, Armin worked for and with global firms and government organizations, including the European Commission, Philips Healthcare, and Nuance Communications. He founded so2say communications in the UK and Germany to help raise the awareness of digital health solutions and their benefits; the firm was acquired by HIMSS in 2011. Armin lives and works in Berlin, Germany.
