Col. Dr. hab. n. med. Arkadiusz Lubas has been associated with the Military Institute of Medicine since August 3, 1999. Initially as an intern, then as a volunteer and employee, holding the following positions in the Department of Internal Diseases, Nephrology, and Dialysis: assistant, senior assistant, assistant professor, and professor at the institute. In 2021-2022, he served as the head of the Temporary-Modular Hospital of the Military Medical Institute. He graduated with honors from medical studies. In 2001, he obtained the certificate of the Polish Ultrasound Society, in 2007 the title of specialist in internal diseases, in 2010 - nephrology, in 2014 - hypertensiology, and in 2020 - endocrinology. In 2006, he received the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences, and in 2020 - habilitated doctor. In 2013, he completed postgraduate studies in "Innovation Management in the Health sector" at the Academy of Leona Koźmiński in Warsaw, and in 2021 he obtained a diploma of postgraduate studies "Management and Management of a medical entity of the Ministry of National Defense" conducted by the Military Institute of Medicine.
