Aridaman Pandit PhD

Dr. Aridaman Pandit did his Bachelors in Bioinformatics from Vellore Institute of Technology, India (2003-2007) and Ph.D. in computational biology from Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB-CSIR), India (2007-2012). He is a computational biologist with more than 10 years of experience in viral genomics, T cell immunology, and epigenomics of the immune system. In his postdoctoral research with Prof. Rob de Boer in Utrecht University, The Netherlands (2012-2013), as part of the VIRGO consortium, he worked on immune escape dynamics of HIV. Andaman is now an NWO VENI laureate and is starting his own computational group in UMC Utrecht within the Radstake group and Laboratory of Translational Immunology.
