Arash Afshari MD, PhD

Dr. Arash Afshari 45 years old Danish physician was a board-certified pediatric anesthesiologist and Intensivist at Rigshospitalet, University of Copenhagen, Denmark where he was also heads of research at the department of pediatric and obstetric anesthesia. He had a Ph.D. in evidence-based medicine and epidemiology from the University of Copenhagen. For the past 10 years, he had been an editor at Cochrane Anesthesia and Cochrane Critical care groups. He was the current chair of the European Society of Anesthesiology Guideline Committee and the current ESA chief methodologist. He was previously worked in Geneva Switzerland (department of pediatric intensive care) and have also worked in Sweden and Norway as an anesthesiologist and critical care physician.
