April N. Naegeli DrPH, MPH

April has over 19 years of healthcare and public health experience. She currently works at Eli Lilly and Company in the Global Patient Outcomes and Real World Evidence function and has been employed at Lilly for almost 13 years. Her primary focus is on compiling real-world evidence to strategically inform the incorporation of the patient’s voice and development of clinical outcome assessment tools early in drug development to optimize clinically meaningful, patient-centered programs for medical products in areas of high unmet medical need. Before working in the outcomes group, she worked in global regulatory affairs and toxicology at Lilly, and as an infection control epidemiologist at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She earned her graduate degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health in epidemiology.
