Antoine Heron PhD

Dr Antoine HERON is a cell biologist with expertise in the area of cell therapy and regenerative medicine. His Research and Product development work has led to the commercialization of single-use systems and cell culture media used for the clinical production of human stem cells, in addition to the registration in Europe of innovative solutions for the preservation and transplantation of tissues and organs.

Dr HERON is currently working for the Life Science Division of Merck KGaA (Darmstadt, Germany), within one science-driven organization that is developing advanced solutions for cell and gene therapy manufacturing. He is committed to driving strategic collaboration projects in this field, with academic and industry leading scientists.
