Antoine holds a Pharm. D. degree from the Lebanese American University (2001) after which he completed an ACPE accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency at Huntsville Hospital, Alabama, USA (2001-2002). He is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) since 2005, Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians (FCCP), and a Certified Anticoagulation Care Practitioner (CACP). He took part in many national and international research projects and has several publications in the field of critical care and anticoagulation. Antoine served as the Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at King Abdulaziz Medical City (NGHA) in Riyadh (2003-2013) with service to various critical areas (Medical/ Surgical/ Transplant ICU/ Trauma ICU/ Burn Unit), in addition to an active role in the anticoagulation clinic. He also served as an assistant professor at the College of Pharmacy at King Saud Bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) 2012-2013. Currently, Antoine Currently serves as the Director of Pharmacotherapy Services at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi with contributions to the establishment of the drug formulary, pharmacotherapy services, anticoagulation clinic services and Epic support.
