Anthony Michael Roche MD, MBChB

Tony Roche, MBChB, is an Associate Professor of Anesthesia at the University of Washington and has been collaborating with the Department of Anesthesia at Mulago Hospital in Uganda for over five years. Dr. Roche joined the Global Partners in Anesthesia and Surgery (GPAS) collaboration in 2010 and remains active in Uganda in several areas of research and education including obstetric anesthesia and regional techniques.
