Annie Wilson Dereese PharmD

Annie DeReese, PharmD, joined our pharmacy consultant staff after graduating from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in May 2005. Originally from Tulsa, Okla., Annie worked for Dave and Kay Sparks’ independent pharmacy practice as a compounding technician since 1980, and in 1994, she joined the PCCA family as a customer service representative and assistant in our primary training class.

Annie decided to pursue her PharmD, and returned in May 2005 as a consultant pharmacist. In addition to taking calls, Annie teaches flavors/suspensions and advanced compounding course in our Comprehensive Compounding Course. Her special interests include nutrition, women’s health, drug information and compounding techniques. Annie is a member of International Academy of Compounding Pharmacist (IACP), Texas Pharmacy Association, and Phi Delta Chi Texas Alumni Chapter.
