Annette Cudmore

Annette’s passion for supporting people to die well in their place of choice continues to drive her work in palliative care spanning over 20 years. Combined with a Masters in Palliative Care and Certificate in Advanced Pharmacology she constantly explores and maintains ways to improve symptom management and supportive care. Annette has a passion and flair with education and has previously spoken at Victorian and National Conferences. Her current role as the West Hume Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Consultant based at Goulburn Valley Health allows her to support palliative care across many continuums of care, whilst representing the region at Department and State-wide groups.
