Anne Wojtak DrPH, MHSc

Anne Wojtak, DrPH, MHSc, is the Executive Lead for Transformation at the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network and is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, University of Toronto. Her research focuses on public reporting on health care performance and quality and she has published numerous articles on home care, with a particular focus on patient experience.
