Dr Anne Goh is Head of the Allergy Service at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital from 2007 – currently. She is also a senior consultant with the Respiratory Medicine Service. She did her training in Respirology in the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto under Dr Hugh O’Brodovitch. Paediatric flexible bronchoscopy was introduced into the service and is now regularly performed for diagnostic as well as therapeutic indications.
Paediatric lung function services have been expanded and allergy tests have been included to improve services to patients. Food and drug challenge tests are also done for better management of patients with food and drug allergies. Dr Anne Goh’s sub-specialty interests include asthma and allergic diseases, neuromuscular diseases and its lung complications, paediatric intertstitial lung diseases, respiratory infections and sleep disordered breathing.
