Anne Jager is an Internationally experienced people and technical leader within the clinical diagnostic field with a passion for developing precision medicine and making a difference to the patient. Team Leader and Senior Staff Scientist, Ph.D., with 15+ years of clinical product development experience in disease diagnostics. Disease panels include oncology, metabolic and chronic pain disorders, and respiratory viral panels, via Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) or Real-Time PCR, and sample-to-answer IVD medical systems. She has extensive experience in the design and development of genetic assays and reagent chemistries formulation optimization, characterization and robustness, verification & validation, transfer to manufacturing, and product launch.
