Anne Flamme PhD

Anne Camille La Flamme is an immunologist at the Victoria University of Wellington and oversees the Malaghan Institute's multiple sclerosis (MS) research program. One of the primary goals of Dr La Flamme's research is the development of new treatments for MS patients who do not respond to current medications. She is also interested in the role of a specific class of immune cells, the macrophages, in the regulation of pro-inflammatory diseases such as MS.
