Anne Crestani

Anne is the Practice Manager for Gateway Family Services in the NSW Blue Mountains. She also managed the Step by Step Service providing crisis support to people impacted by the 2013 Blue Mountains bushfires. Anne crafted the Step by Step 4 Quadrant Model which the Walk With program is built upon. Anne recognised that having an accessible, coherent framework for providing psycho-social support would have benefits for community based organisations and the clients that they serve.
