Annamaria Iagnocco MD

Prof. Annamaria Iagnocco is the President-elect of the European Rheumatology (EULAR – European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology), starting her role as acting President in June 2021. She is the first woman to hold this position and to be part of the EULAR Steering Group.

Over the years, Prof. Annamaria Iagnocco has combined her clinical activity with intense research work that has seen her involved in over 280 international publications. She is also a coordinator and member of numerous study groups as well as of multiple international and national research projects.

Professor Annamaria Iagnocco is a Full Professor of Rheumatology at the University of Turin. You are a specialist in Rheumatology Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Prof. Annamaria Iagnocco is also the President-elect of European Rheumatology (EULAR - European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology) and will take office as EULAR President in June 2021. she is the first woman to hold this position and to be part of the Steering Group of the EULAR.
