Anna Tatakis, MD, is a general surgery resident completing a two-year research fellowship with the trauma and acute care surgery division. She is working on various clinical research projects with her mentors on topics including PEG tube usage, traumatic hemothorax management, DVT prophylaxis in EGS patients, and financial compensation services after trauma.
