Anna Senczuk is a Biochemist currently working on developing tools predicting optimal purification steps for mAbs. Focused on design and analysis of preparative chromatography processes for biopharmaceutical production and stability of vaccines, antibodies, bifunctional mAbs and conjugates. Experienced with continuous manufacturing approaches for harvest and downstream production. Invented dual salt HIC method and pioneered understanding the role of lipids, antifoam and particles in mammalian cell culture harvest. Proficient in the application of statistical methods to process development. Developed purification platforms and primary clarification. Contributed to development of multiple commercial products.
