Anna Moniuszko-Malinowska MD, PhD - physician, a specialist in internal medicine, infectious diseases and marine and tropical medicine. A graduate of the Medical University of Bialystok in 2005. In 2006 she graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw. In 2007 she obtained a PhD degree in medical sciences, and in 2015 she degree of habilitated doctor. Since 2006, he has been working as an assistant/adjunct at the Department of Infectious Diseases and Neuroinfections at the Medical University of Bialystok. In the years 2016-2019, he was the Vice-Dean for Science of the Faculty of Medicine, and then in 2019-2020 Vice-Dean for Evaluation and Science of the College of Medical Sciences of the Medical University of Bialystok. Since 2017, she has been the Head of Doctoral Studies at the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Bialystok.

Anna is the author of over 150 scientific papers published mainly in international journals and numerous conference reports. She is the principal investigator in projects financed by the National Science Centre and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR), the co-investigator of projects financed by the European Commission (Horizon 2020), the National Science Centre, the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR) and an expert at the National Science Centre and NAWA.

Anna was a scholarship holder of the Polish School of Medicine Memorial Fund at The Roslin Wellcome Trust Tick Cell Biobank at the University of Edinburgh; Scotland. She participated in the "Top 500 Innovators Science - Management - Commercialization" program, at the University of California in Berkeley, USA. She is the president of the Polish Scientific Association "Civilization Threats and Public Health". She has received multiple scientific and didactic awards as the Rector of AMB / UMB. In 2015, she received a scholarship from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding young scientists.
