Anna Batchelor

Anna Batchelor qualified MB ChB in Sheffield in 1980 and trained in Sheffield, Leicester and Newcastle, obtaining the FRCA in 1985. Anna was one of first cohort of Joint Accreditation Committee [JACIT] trainees in ICM, and has been a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at the Royal Victoria Infirmary Newcastle upon Tyne since 1993. She served on the ICS Council from 2000-2008, as ICS President from 2005-7, and on RCOA Council from 2008-present.
