Dr. Anna Ai-Tsi Kuang was born in the United States and raised in Norway, England, and Malaysia. Her lifelong travels lend a cosmopolitan air to her practice and compassion for the diversity of her patients. With advanced training in craniofacial surgery, she is unique in her ability to treat cleft and craniofacial children from infancy through adulthood for their entire face: lip, palate, nose, gum line, jaws, and skull.

The child is treated as a whole with each surgery setting the stage for the next. This also allows her to develop a special relationship with a child as they mature. As Director of the Craniofacial Disorders Program, Dr. Kuang aims to bring state-of-the-art craniofacial care to the children of Oregon via a family-centered approach. Dr. Kuang enjoys road biking, hiking, diving, yoga, and trips to the mountain and coast. Her friends and family know her as an avid skier and golfer. She also enjoys going to the Saturday Farmer's Market and discovering local art at First Thursday in Portland.
