Biography :
Dr Ann Skipper is a graduate of Vanderbilt University who earned her medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. She conducted her internship and residency at the University of California San Diego and transitioned afterwards to a fellowship of Child Psychiatry at the Oregon Health Science University.
Dr. Skipper is licensed to practice medicine in Oregon and Alabama and a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. She has run her own private psychiatry practice since 2003 and has lectured all over the world about responsibility, relationships and the potential risk factors in the practice of medicine.
