Ann L. Hendrich, PhD, RN, FAAN, is Senior Vice President, Chief Quality/Safety and Nursing Officer, and Executive Director of the Ascension Health Patient Safety Organization at Ascension Health’s system office. In her role, she guides the implementation of clinical excellence and patient safety initiatives in partnership with executives, board members, and clinical officer leadership.
