Ann Bowron MSc, PhD, FRCPath

Ann started her career at the Institute of Child Health in London where she first became interested in inborn errors of metabolism.  She trained as a Clinical Scientist at Bristol Royal Infirmary and then went on to specialize in pediatric and metabolic biochemistry before moving to Newcastle Hospitals where she leads the metabolic laboratory service, working closely with the North East regional adult and pediatric metabolic teams.
