Anke Ott Young MD, PhD

Anke Ott Young, MD, Ph.D. is a board-certified plastic surgeon with more than 20 years of specialized experience in breast reconstruction procedures.

Born in Germany, Dr. Ott began her journey to medicine at the University of the Saarland in Homburg where she graduated in 1990. From there she earned a doctorate degree with Magna Cum Laude accolades in Forensic Psychiatry before eventually continuing her education in New York. Dr. Ott received her General Surgery training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, completed her Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency at Nassau County Medical Center, and underwent a Microsurgery and Cancer Reconstruction Fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
