Dr. Anja Lunze represents national and international clients in patent infringement proceedings and has particular experience in the management and coordination of complex, cross-border processes. In addition, she is involved in parallel opposition and nullity proceedings before the European Patent Office and the Federal Patent Court. Further consulting focuses include licensing and R & D contracts as well as support for IP transactions.
