Anja Lorch

Prof. Lorch was born in 1971 in Kirchheim unter Teck (Baden-Württemberg). After training as a Medical-Technical Radiology Assistant (MTRA) at the University Hospital Tübingen she studied medicine from 1994 to 2000 at the University of Marburg. From 2002 she was a resident at the Department of Hematology, Oncology and Immunology of the University of Marburg.

She received her doctorate there in 2006. In 2007 she became a specialist in internal medicine and in 2008 haematology and oncology. From 2009, Dr. Anja Lorch Senior Physician at the Department of Hematology, Oncology and Immunology of the University of Marburg. In 2011 she habilitated with a thesis on "Prognosis and Therapy of Recurrent and Refractory Germ Cell Tumors: Importance of High Dose Therapy.
