Anita Gondor PhD

Dr. Anita's group combines basic research on 4D genome biology with translational research on circadian medicine. She thus aims at understanding the regulation of circadian transcription within the compartmentalized, 3D architecture of the nucleus and its role in adaptive responses. She moreover aims at uncovering how deregulated circadian genome organization contributes to complex diseases, such as cancer and endocrine-metabolic diseases.
