Anita C. Bermann MS, RDN, CD

Anita C. Bermann, MS, RDN, CD is a registered dietitian nutritionist who helps individuals improve their relationship with food. She works in private practice on beautiful Bainbridge Island, WA. She was trained in an integrative approach to nutrition at Bastyr University and takes the time to help patients understand how their food choices impact their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Her areas of interest include eating disorders, weight concerns, endocrinology and diabetes, digestive disorders, oncology nutrition, and auto-immune and inflammatory conditions. Anita follows a non-diet, Health at Every Size approach and teaches principles of mindful eating in her work.
